FAQ for Lash Extensions

  1. Where are you located? Is there parking?

  2. How can I make a booking?

    We use an online system, easy to navigate! You can go straight to our booking site HERE!

  3. What kind of lashes do you use?

    We use human hair for our Signature Angel Set lashes.

    We use silk lashes for our Luxe Angel Set.

  4. Do you do infills if I have existing lashes from another place?

    We do not do infills from other places as we use different materials (glue, etc.). We recommend you to book in a REMOVAL to top with a full lash set of your choice.

  5. Can I get lash extensions if…

    I’m pregnant? - if you are able to lay on your back with no issue, it is okay. If not, we don’t recommend it for your health and safety.

    Avoid getting lash extensions if you have:

    • any scarring/cuts in your eye and/or forehead area*

    • done operations in mentioned area*

    • any eye infections*

    • filler work, cosmetic surgery, etc.*

    • medical advice to not get it

    • gotten a lash lift/perm*

    *Most cases, after being fully healed (at least 8 weeks) from above points, clients are most likely able to get lash extensions after.

  6. How much do your services cost?

  7. How should I prepare BEFORE my lash appointment?

    • Avoid wearing eye make-up

    • Avoid wearing contact lenses OR have your contact lens case with you

    • Bring CASH with you for payment

  8. How should I take care of my lashes AFTER my appointment?

    • Brush your lashes daily

    • Avoid oil based make-up removers/products

    • Do not use mascara, liquid eyeliner, eyelash curler or lash serums

    • Stay away from extreme heat such as saunas

    • Avoid rubbing or pulling on extensions

    • Book your infills for every 2 weeks to best maintain the health of your natural lashes

    Lash cycles differ from each individual and factors such as hormones and lifestyle choices can affect retention.

9. What’s the difference between the Signature Angel Set and Luxe Angel Set?

Signature Angel Set - 1 lash extensions is placed onto each of your natural lashes

Luxe Angel Set - multiple lash extensions (fanned) are placed onto your natural lashes

10. What does the Luxe Wispy Set look like?

Luxe Wispy Set - Includes spikes (high points) and soft lashes in between.

11. What’s the difference between Normal Curl and Special Curl?

Normal Curl - Softer lash curl

Special Curl - Slightly curvier than the Normal Curl

12. How do I know if I need an Infill Set or a Full Set?

If 40% or less of your lash extensions have fallen our from your previous set (from iLash Angels), you can book in an INFILL SET.

If more than 40% of your lashes have fallen off, a FULL SET will need to be booked.

REMOVALS (+add on) are required if your current lash set is from somewhere else. This is because the materials used are most likely to be different.
